How do I order a fabric painting /  cushion / quilt?

Fabric painting / cushion: Send me a message using the contact form. Briefly explain what you are interested in and I will provide you with detailed guidelines what to do next.

Quilt: THIS SERVICE IS FULLY BOOKED

and only available with the All-in Service.

How much will I be involved in the design of the keepsake?

Fabric painting: prior to crafting your keepsake, I will ask you several questions that will help me determine the direction and match your expectations.

Mourning cushion: if you wish, I will send you a picture of the layout before I sew it together. You will be able to make small changes at that stage.

Quilt: a Skype intake takes place before crafting the quilt where we discuss all the clothing items, wishes & aesthetics. 

How long will it take to craft my keepsake?

Fabric painting / cushion: should be ready to be shipped back to you within a week after receiving your clothes.

Quilt: THIS SERVICE IS FULLY BOOKED

and only available with the All-in Service.

Are all fabrics suitable for a keepsake?

(Fake) leather, (fake) fur and swimwear (or similar synthetic fabrics) are not suitable. Shirts, t-shirts and knitwear are easiest to work with. Contact me if you are not sure and I will help you out.

How many clothing items do I need?

8x12" | 20x30 cm size fabric painting needs 10-30 clothing items.

16x16" | 40x40 cm size mourning cushion needs 2-64 clothing items.

19x19" | 50x50 cm size mourning cushion needs 2-100 clothing items. 

I would like a larger fabric painting, can you make it?

Of course. Send me a message using the contact form. Explain what your requirements are and I will respond shortly with a price quote.

 

Who pays for the shipping of the clothes?

The client takes care of any costs related to the shipping of the clothes.

How much does it cost to ship the keepsakes to me?

I offer free delivery. That is a standard shipping without Track & Trace. There are Track & Trace, signature required to collect, and insurance shipping upgrades available.

How do I book an all-in service?
